Pricing

All Prices on our site are listed in Canadian Dollars

All Payments are monitored and processed through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on transactions of $100 or more throughout Canada (Excluding the Northern Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut).

When an order is placed, the product will be shipped the following day. Orders placed within Canada should expect to receive the product within 3-5 business days. 

Transactions that are below $100.00 Will have additional shipping costs ranging from $5 to $20 dollars depending on the size and weight of the product and where the product is being shipped.

All Items are shipped with Canada Post and will accompany a tracking number.

 

Returns & Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for something else via post you may contact us via email and we will instruct you on how to proceed. All costs associated with an exchange will be paid by the customer.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. 

All Sale Items are FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged

IN STORE RETURNS

With presentation of your online store order receipt, unused products purchased online at regular price may be exchanged in our retail locations within 30 days after the reception of the order. Products bought online cannot be refunded at our retail location. Products bought on sale have a final sale status and may thus not be returned.

All Items purchased in store may not be refunded for cash and the same exchange policy applies.
